Tree Plantation Drive — 500 Saplings
Five hundred native saplings planted and geo-tagged, with a survival survey scheduled for six months later.
Planting is the easy part; keeping them alive is not. Every sapling was geo-tagged on planting and assigned to a student for follow-up, with a survival survey booked six months out.
Eighty students planted 500 native saplings — jamun, neem and amaltas — chosen with the district forest officer.
